Auto Loan

Basic Criteria

• Filipino citizens resident in the country.
• Foreign nationals possessing immigrant visas resident in the country.
• Applicant must be between 21 to 60 years old.

Basic Requirements

• Completely filled-out and signed Application Form
• Two (2) valid Government-issued IDs with 3 specimen signatures
• Quotation from dealer

For Employed

• Certificate of Employment and/or payslips for the last three (3) months
• Latest BIR Form 2316
• Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) and Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the last three (3) years, if applicable
• Bank statements or photocopy passbook for the past three (3) months

For Sole Proprietor/Self-Employed

• Certificate of Registration of Business Name issued by the DTI
• Certificate of Registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Mayor’s/Business Permit • Latest Income Tax Return and Annual Financial Statements duly stamped received by the BIR
• In-house/Audited Financial Statements for the last three years
• Other supporting documents to substantiate financial capacity (e.g., bank statements, lease contracts, purchase orders, official receipts, etc.)
• Bank statements or photocopy passbook for the past three (3) months

For Partnerships

• Articles of Partnership
• Certificate of Partnership issued by the SEC
• Certificate of Registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Mayor’s/Business Permit
• Latest Income Tax Return and Annual Financial Statements duly stamped received by the BIR
• In-house/Audited Financial Statements for the last three years
• Other supporting documents to substantiate financial capacity (e.g., bank statements, lease contracts, purchase orders, official receipts, etc.)
• Bank statements or photocopy passbook for the past three (3) months

For Corporations

• Latest General Information Sheet as filed with the SEC
• Certificate of Corporation issued by the SEC
• Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws (latest version including amendments, if any)
• Certificate of Registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Mayor’s/Business Permit
• Latest Income Tax Return and Annual Financial Statements duly stamped received by the BIR
• In-house/Audited Financial Statements for the last three years
• Other supporting documents to substantiate financial capacity (e.g., bank statements, lease contracts, purchase orders, official receipts, etc.)
• Bank statements or photocopy passbook for the past three (3) months

Collateral Documents

• Original Certificate of Registration issued by the LTO (for motor vehicles)
• Original current LTO Official Receipt for annual registration fee (for motor vehicles)
