• Other Government IDs not mentioned above
• IDs of Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations (GOCC)
• Covered person registered with and supervised or regulated by BSP, SEC, IC

Foreign nationals:

• Passport or Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

Students:

• School ID signed by the school principal or head of educational institution

Please also bring two (2) 1×1 inch ID photos.
