A. LOAN RELEASES

1. Registration of Mortgage – At cost
2. Processing Fee / Service Charge
   1. Loans against Real Estate Mortgage

1. 1. • P1.0 million and below – Php 3,000.00
      • P1.0 million and up – Php 5,000.00
      • additional Php 5,000.00 for every Php 10 million
   2. Auto Loans
      • Php 1.0 million and below – Php 3,000.00
      • Php 1.0 million and above – Php 5,000.00
      • additional Php 5,000.00 for every Php 10 million
   3. Motorcycle Loans – Php 600.00
   4. Salary Loans – Per Memorandum of Agreement
   5. Salary Loan not under Memorandum of Agreement – Php 600.00
2. Appraisal Fee
   1. In-house appraisal
      • Within Metro Manila – Php 4,000.00
      • Outside Metro Manila – Php 5,000.00
   2. External appraisal

B. LOAN REPAYMENT

1. Pre-termination fee – 2% of outstanding principal balance
2. Additional Gross Receipt Tax – 4% on all interest income previously subjected to 1% GRT but now taxable at 5% due to recalculation of maturity date

C. OTHERS

1. Documentary Stamp Tax – Php 1.50 for every Php 200.00 or 0.75%
2. Notarial Fee – Php 300.00 per document
3. Holding of Checks – Php 500.00
4. Bank Certification – Php 200.00
5. Insurance – At Cost
